Playing these games allows me to experience various worlds, cultures, and experiences through an evolving story narrative that adapts based upon the actions of the players. Much the same way businesses operate. Today’s consumer world is undergoing a constant state of changes based upon external and internal forces. The business and its employees must adapt to those changes or be at risk of losing its customers. It’s through those adaptations that the company evolves. This is an endless cycle filled with success and failures, profits and learnings, fun times and disappointments, but never a loss. Because as long as everyone learns from the previous “game”, those learnings can be applied to the next game to increase the odds of success, eventually ensuring the “win”. To succeed in moving the business forward.

A Board Game Perspective to Daily Challenges

This is the perspective I bring to State Farm through providing strategic thought, direction, and enhancements to the customer experience in order to build trust, confidence, and Brand loyalty within State Farm’s digital presence. Within this role, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience built from a background of integrated marketing strategies consisting of content marketing plans, digital/social media marketing strategies, 1-to-1 direct marketing tactics, and cohesive brand identity. His background is derived from a graphic design degree, master’s in communication, and award-winning, extensive experience as a creative agency art director, print/web/media/UX designer, college instructor, freelance designer, print/web, and social strategist, and conference speaker.
